Difference between Facial paper and toilet paper

I did a simple translation below..

面紙含有滑石粉塵會致卵巢癌...(轉 )卵巢癌...
你不可不知面紙含有滑石粉塵會致卵巢癌...

這不是 ~~ 衛生紙與面紙差在哪裡 (屁股上 )的問題喔！
以面紙取名為面紙 , 因為只能擦臉 ..
衛生紙取名為衛生紙 , 就是要擦了會衛生的 .

以前曾看過有關衛生紙與面紙的討論 , 一直覺得有些疑問 .
所以我終於請教本公司研發部陳經理 , 得知衛生紙與面紙的製作差異 :
兩者均是原生紙漿製作 , 均有經過消毒程序 .
衛生紙未再加工添加任何添加物 .
而面紙加工添加入濕強劑 , 在水中不易斷裂 , 所以不適沖入馬桶 ;
又添加了柔軟劑及活性劑 , 紙粉 ( 粉塵 ) 多 .
一般人都認為面紙紙質較好 , 就是因為添加了這些東西加工 ,
也使得成本較高 , 當然售價也較高 .
因此陳經理解釋說面紙不能當作衛生紙使用 ,
尤其女孩子使用擦拭下體 , 要千萬注意 !
敏感體質的人會有不適反應 .
陳經理還說 , 他們本身懂得這些原理的人 ,
自己家裡都少用面紙 , 儘量全面使用衛生紙 .

Facial paper contain Talc dust that will cause Ovarian cancer (this is from altavista - babel fish translation, i am looking for professional word for it, but wat i will say is like vagina infection)

This is not abt where you use the tissue paper for,
Facial paper - is for the face,
Toilet paper - is for the cleaning,

I had see a lot of arguement on facial paper and toilet paper, and I always had alot of queries.
Hence I approach the operating manager, Chen, and found out these information:
Both are make from tree, and go thru disinfection process,
Toilet paper did not go thru further processing hence does not have addition chemical
Facial paper go thru further processing to add in chemical to make the paper stronger and more difficult to be torn apart in water, hence should not in flush into the toilet bowl,
Other chemical to soften and smoothen the paper are also add in,
Because of all the add on, facial paper are usually more expensive,
With the above, Chen concluded that facial paper should nt be used as toilet paper,
ESP FOR GALS, AND THOSE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN,
Those who already know the processes had avoided using facial paper.
